A Mother's Day Gift Guide
Mother’s Day is around the corner. Celebrating the mothers and grandmothers in my life may look a little different this year (distancing ourselves), but I wanted to share some gift ideas to make the most of the occassion…near or far. I’ve plucked right off the web my favorite shots to help you get inspired while churning your wheels to find the perfect gift! Scroll through to read some recommendations and shop my gift guide at the bottom!
WELCOME HER HOME WITH A NEW….WELCOME MAT!
While maintaining 6ft of distance, why not decorate her doorstep with a new front door mat. You could even layer it with a second rug for a little pop of color underneath. In Ohio, it doesn’t take long for an old mat to look worn and grungy. You could always finish the look with an updated spring wreath!

Loungewear….my favorite wear.
It doesn’t need to be Mother’s Day around here to find me in comfy lounge clothes. I’ll even find ways to dress them up, so I won’t need to change to go out in public. I would never turn down a gift of soft, cozy pants with an elastic waist. Below is the Chloe Media Lounger….looks like a seat every mom deserves, don’t you think? Contact me if you would like more information about it.

An oldie but alwAYS A GOODIE….FRESH CUT FLOWERS.
What better way to say “thank you for being you” than with a bouquet of flowers from your local florist. Flowers are an instant pick-me-up….they smell good, they represent life and a new season, and you can’t beat the colors. Don’t just grab your typical clear glass vase. Go to www.target.com where you will found some of my favorite vases that can be used as decor once the flowers have wilted. Scroll down for the links below.

You know she’ll want to hug you….but this will have to do!
Spring has sprung! Pillows aren’t your typical Mother’s Day gift, but this isn’t a typical Mother’s Day! First, think about her current color palettes and patterns in the space. Next, choose a material, color, and pattern that compliments the space. I always try to stick with a pillow size between 20”-24.” Lastly, add a soft, lighter blanket for spring to layer the look. Viola….tell mom to give it a good squeeze….then re-fluff of course!

Whole lotta hand washing going on!
We’ve heard time and time again the importance of washing our hands. Why not give the gift of a cute dispenser like this one you see below in this beautiful bathroom.
